Bad service I received from MTN OR Tambo “Sindiswa” “said I don’t listen” I should call 135 which I did. Apparently MTN OR Tambo don’t call out they only receive calls as per Sindiswa”s words. Even to call their head office or 135. I had to use my phone 📱 to call their call centre. I didn’t know canceling a month to month contract with MTN is this difficult. They don’t even know their own product. East Rand mall MTN is a franchise 🙄they don’t take back their own routers.
