MTN *****

I am going through hell. I logged a ***** case with MTN ***** for a data sim contract for a number I do not know. As the activity happened, I called MTN and reported. I emailed all the documents they wanted since September and no feedback. I am now getting calls from collection service for this sim that they said was suspended. How do I get this resolved as it will affect my credit profile? MTN at branches in Bronkhorstspruit and Manlyn Mall have not helped me. The several calls and emails did not help. As a low income earner and someone who has just repaired my credit profile, its a pain for MTN to destroy my life like this.
