Mtn ****

I subscribed for a contract phone with Mtn and my contact lapsed in the month of June. I was moved to month to month without my consent, Mtn never called me or communicate with regarding the above. I called Mtn last month and I was given a quote for amount due R164. . I am told that I need to pay R364 even though I am no longer using the benefits. Can mtn reverse the billing and terminate my contract
