MTN

Hi. The problem I am having with MTN is in been charged the sum of R1100 for a contract which has been cancelled last year. I went to mtn Newcastle n spoke to Mr Siyaya who assurued me dat u will receive n sms with the ref no n I will be credited my money back. But till now nothing I received no sms no credit etc. I phoned him but to empty promises. I'm frustrated now with MTN services. MTN Newcastle Siya ***. Ur kind regards Mr Mohammed Desai
