MTN

MTN decided that some price plans needed to be retired and to replace them with business plans obviously with a price increase. I wrote an e-mail on 7 November 19 stating I would not upgrade the contract I signed up for on 23 May 2018 as I am a pensioner! Lo and behold I have been úpgraded' with a further 24 month contract at a cost of R48 more per month. No response to my numerous e-mails since 7 November 19 and no concerns for persons and their financial constraints. I am disgusted and disheartened by their cavalier attitude and just sorry I had to give even one star! Corina Bohmer
