MTN *****

Today 16/05/24 it's a week without data. MTN is not getting back to me on my ***** complaint. I am being told different stories about a contract taken out on my name. First it was an automatic system upgrade, then it was a self service done by myself now it's a contract taken out in store. I don't know what to believe anymore all I know is that the matter is not being resolved just that they awaiting feedback for more than a week now. MTN your service is pathetic!!!
