Good day..I spoke with MTN agent on the 11th of june and said she's checking whether I qualify for iPhone 13 of which I didn't qualify for and she tried to offer products and I declined and to her I don't need anything since I don't qualify for the iPhone 13. So now the agent created an order that i never agreed with and on the 25th june I received a message saying my order with MNT was created of which I know nothing about and I debicheck of R400. I tried contacting 083135 on the 25th and they told me I don't have any contract with them and on the 26th of June I received sms about delivery and I contacted them and they told me that I have an account with mnt of which I never created and that my order with dsv and I don't anything about the order and what they delivering. MNT agent created an order in my name that I never agreed with..
