Henriette Gerber. I have bill problems with this company. After many years by being a client of ATM. Don't think I can rely on them any longer. My contract discontinued last year. Now I'm paying a bill 0f R468 every month. They've me on an arrears bill of R13. 000 of which I have to pay an extra R1401 on the 25th of every month. I don't know where this amount is coming from, because I don't owe any payments on my previous contract. They just help themselves with a Debit order. I've already called ***** department twice. Only promises and nothing else. Tomorrow I'll go to my bank manager and stop this order. I am really considering another company, after all these years of being a client. I really need good advice to help me solve this problem.
