MTN *****

Just received an email from MTN contract application submitted. I have one contract which i have had for 14 years and have no need for additional numbers. According to the lady that I spoke to from MTN have 2 more numbers which were added yesterday. These I did not request. I now have to submit an affidavit and my ID. Is this normal procedure
