MTN

Hi there

I would like to sy MTN South Africa is the worst ever. I renewed my contract in December and I have been paying the amount agreed on however three months ago they started deducting a large amount it went on for three months I logged complaints at the local MTN shops to no avail... I contacted the Facebook MTN nothing..i even contacted headoffice nothing.. Now they suspended my service and my record will become bad. Simply cause they can't give me a refence number or don't want to..... and tell me I must refer to Google Apps which I don't make use off and have not purchased anything from.. I am so angry at this point... Please what should I do?
