Mtn

So on the 4th of June I app**** for a cell phone contract online with mtn and it was approved, everything was done I provided everything they needed and the application was successful, the phone that I had app**** for was iphone 13, so I received and email stating that the DSV courier company was going to contact me to arrange delivery, in which the did, and the phone was going to be delivered on the 11th of June, so I stayed home the whole day waiting for a delivery, sadly they never did, I waited hoping they will call and explain they never did, I the decided to call DSV, to my greatest shock they told me that they are no longer in possession of the phone, I asked why they told me mtn took it back, I had to call mtn, and find out what's going on, because I was very disappointed , such a poor service, I felt disrespected and disgusted honestly that was not fair at all, so I call only for them to tell me it was system error, imagine, so I asked what's the way forward I was told to wait for 30 days for I can reapply, I'm really disappointed and worried about my credit score also, because everything was done even the debit order authentication,
