Kindly note that my Standard bank account was debited R1469 on the 31st of Aug 2024. I do not have any contract with your company. As per MTN Clearwater mall, my profile has 2 contracts of which I have no knowledge of.

HOW DO YOU GUYS REALLY OPERATE *****ULENTLY DEBITTING PEOPLE'S ACCOUNT WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. I WOULD LIKE A CALL RECORDING OR THE ONLINE APPLICATION THAT WAS DONE,SHOWING PROOF BETWEEN ME AND YOUR ENTITY FOR THIS AGREEMENT.

YOUR STORE WAS NOT HELPFUL AS I WAS NOT PROVIDED ANY REFERENCE NUMBER AS THEY SAID A ***** CASE HAS BEEN OPENED AND ESCALATED. *** and *** are the contracts taken on the 4th and 18th of June. Please get your house in order as this is affecting my credit score unnecessarily.
