MTN *****!!!

I took out a contract with MTN and arranged that my debit gets get taken on the 27th of the month, nothing happened so i paid directly through my card, 2 days later another amount went of my bank that totals nearly to R2000 for a first debit, I have tried 4 days straight to speak to their agents with no luck and finally got through today, the agent i spoke to was very poor and didn't help me in any way, i asked them to refund my amount that was taken extra just to be told it takes 24 days for a refund???? It has been made clear that they simply refuse to refund money that was taken without my confirmation. I would like a call from a manager today or i will cancel my contract immediately
