MTN 5hour wait still goin
<p>I got to the store at 11 and signed for my upgrade at 1pm it's now 15:45pm and apparently my upgrade is still been processed. Customers signed after me and have they handsets. I need to travel to pretoria and been told the processing team does not have a sequence and even customers after me is shocked. What kind of processes n procedures does such a company have? </p>

I waited till 6:30pm n was blatantly ignored. I called the the store and no answer. I called customer care and holding for 15 minutes!!! And still holding on....
