MTN 5g wireless - abuse of loyal customers

They refuse to cancel the month-to-month 5g wireless contract. I call them, go through all official channels and they refuse to help me. All their people either ignore me, or push me to someone else, and eventually, after more than an hour on the phone, getting to the right department, they hang up. This is terrible business, and they abuse their customers. THEY SAY IN THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT THAT I CAN CANCEL ANYTIME YET THEY WON'T PROCESS.
