MTN 5G Wifi

I ordered an 5G device on the 17 September 2024 and was asked to pay a pro-rata and a month ahead,delivery was supposed to be in 3 days after payment.I however have not received delivery or even received communication from them to explain why the delay.This is the worst service provider,and I am really dissatisfied with their service .My reference number is ***
