MTN 5g sucks

Hi we got out 5g router there is no words to describe our disappointment. Service goes in and out and when it’s on it’s nowhere close to promised speed. We are supposed to get up to 1000mbs but getting less that a 100mbs. And it goes on and off?????? We payed upfront the R1048 and I understand why you ask payment upfront. If this is the service please tell me why I should not tell everyone I know and then some what absolute ****py service you get from mtn?????
