MTN 5G month to month - BE AWARE ****

I have a 5G router with them. I made a payment for April and they allocated that to May. Now I’m left with no access to internet for work and family entertainment. My payment due date is 7th of each month and have paid before that date. I asked the to make the allocation for April, they refuse. Their system does not allow. Okay, let me pay for April, no, their system would not allow. So, I have no access for the month sine my activation will be in May. Logged various queries, no one has bothered to call to rectify or explain what is happening. All I get is we working on it. They would rather not take payment for April. MTAusless explain to me why are you unable to reinstate my services since I paid before my due date…I will never recommend them again
