I couldn’t have asked for more k*k service of mtn. 1. In January the took 1000 more that they should have on my contract that I didn’t authorized and the paid it back only in February. 2. They cut off my phone in February after I refused a second time to pay a bill that was more than my contract because “i made to many calls” -this is a contract how can i make too many calls if I buy my own airtime if my minutes are finished. 3. This month the took 2000 more off for no reason as my bill on mtn app is less tham 1000 and cut off my phone.. How does Capitec bank authorize this without me and Mtn. This is useless. My Budget is now so badly damaged. Disgusted
