MTN

I was hacked by one of the MTN consultants and reported to the ***** department.Futher more they advised that I do a sim swap and now they are taking me up and down and they give me excuses with doing the sim swap.On top of that they haven't even refunded me ever since they deducted twice on my account instead all of a sudden I don't have a balance.MTN service is bad!!!Their consultants just put you on hold meanwhile they chat and make noise.
