I did an upgrade at an mtn shop in December 2020, there was insurance added on my phone without my concern I was not aware that it was added, I have been requesting for a refund but no one is willing to assist, I also have a contract that ended in May 2021 I have been calling to cancel tha contract as well but I am not getting assistance and they are still busy debiting me money that I don't even have.
