I Have a pay as you go. did a online combo upgrade 6 weeks ago. still trying to do a sim swop but to no avail. try call Centre and it is select option, option, option and you get nowhere, it is machine talking, no person to explain to help me, sooo frustrating !!!. branch wont help they say it is online. HELP ! ! !
