MTN *****

I don't know what to do. I took a contract in August 2023, canceled my contract after endless phone calls and now in August 2025, on my banking app, I have missed payments for mtn that is affecting my credit score. I have contacted the legal department, sent proof of emial stating that my contract is canceled but they just refuse to acknowledge the fact that they sent me the email clearly stating that my contract is closed and I do not have any amount owing.

I have spoken to 3 different people, all stating that it's one payment I have missed but every one of them gives me a different month I have missed. I honestly don't know what to do. This is such bad service, I cant even begin to explain how bad. Even worse, we still have other contracts that we paying up which is R1400 a month with the same damn company.
