MTN

Since I returned from the USA in March I cannot make any calls from my cellphone, I have emailed MTN customer service and had no response which is absurd to say the least. I then went to the MTN store in Bela Bela, spoke to a consultant who told me that the problem was sorted out but that I had to wait 24 hours and switch my phone off and back on. This is more than a week ago and still I can't make ANY calls from my contract phone. This is the worst service I have ever seen, I keep on paying MTN for a joke of service. I highly recommend that you people stay away from MTN, I will fullfil my contract obligation with them but will then NEVER use MTN again. They are the worst.
