MTN 50GB data Myth/ Marketing gimmick
<p>My contract has been due for upgrade for over a year, I finaly decided to upgrade in October 2016 after getting lots of sms's daily that if a updagre for R409 per month i will get 10 000 minutes mtn to mtn and 50GB data monthly for 24 months (contract term). todate i havent recieved any data from this marketing trick. I have been going to the store i did the upgrade but its the same story everyday that someone will attend to it. </p> <p>Will it take me to cancel the contract for mtn to act as i upgraded based on this falsified marketing? Can someone urgently fix this as its almost 3 months now since i did the upgrade.</p> <p> </p>

Please note that an urgent escalation has been sent to the Billing Division to assist with the 30GB promotion as per upgrade processed . Another request has also been sent to the Marketing Division to assist with the deal mentioned and to rectify and resolve request.
