MTN

I took out a Superflex account. Its my 3rd day I am trying to tel MTN my money did not go off my account for the contract. I even got a sms saying it did not go through. My last resort is to EFT money over. I did so and now they want to tell me it will not go through. Nobody is providing answers or any solutions. I am cut off, with no data or phone calls. How can this situation be sorted out..?
