MTN

I regret signing up with mtn, my details where use to open up new contract , as I was told go to SAPS get affidavit and send everything for the case to be resolved during 21 working days. I submitted everything on the 18 of July and till to date no feedback no communication. U call them case still open it will b escalated and u will receive communication within 24 which I am still waiting. My tired is tired with MTN u don't get service at all u have to fight with them 1st and call will be dropped a number of time till u can get any assistance.I regret taking a contract with MTN
