MTN 50 GIG CONTRACT WHICH BECAME 500MB

Pathetic service from MTN. I took out a black Friday special online of 50 gigs data for R199. Firstly, it took me 2 weeks to come to the conclusion that the sim is not active because it's not Rica. Everyone gives you a different answer on why the sim is not working. Then, the cherry on the top... They give me a 500 megabite contract and not a 50 gig contract. Who the hell takes out a 500 megabyte contract??? I take out a new contract but when I phone 135 customer care, they transfer me 3 times because the operator says that my details are on the "old system" and she is on the new system. What a load of ****. This is on a Friday and then they give me an 087 number to call which only operates 8 to 5 Monday to Friday. When I finally speak to an operator today, she says to me that she will lodge a query which takes 3 to 5 working days. Is this service or MTN asking to loose clients???
