MTN 5 year battle and Nightmare

I would say MTN provides terrible service but that would be the understatement of the century, MTN provides no service other than guaranteed no call backs and ****s. I have closed my account over 5 years ago and found out two months ago MTN was holding me ransom for 1 cents, I then paid the 1 cents to remove MTN from my credit record, after the time period of 21 working days I called back to find out if the account was closed only to find out I now owe MTN R550.00 which I refuse to pay as I was given false information, I have spent R150.00 calling MTN to dispute the matter 4 times and numerous emails, however no one can get hold of their legal department, only MTN can send them an email. 2 months later I am still waiting for someone to call me. Terrible terrible terrible. If you want a hassle free contact or service go elsewhere as MTN does not provide this. Get a wake up guys, this is pathetic, or at least employ people who actually do their jobs, do you guys know what SOP stands for ? Please research and implement. Pathetic!
