MTN 5 months without a phone and no service forthcoming.

MTN online. It has been 166 days since MTN collected a faulty phone from me. My account is being debited, and I am unable to get any service from the call centres along with emails sent daily. I am no closer to resolving this matter than I was 5 months ago. No phone, no contact made from MTN....... At a total loss at this pathetic service. HELP!
