MTN *******.

Mtn are the biggest con artists in the cellular industry , I went on there website checked my area for 5g service and took a home internet package. The day I took it I battled with signal and it didn't work at all , I had to work the next day so 2 days later I went to check why it was not working when I went to a teller they checked my area and said there was no 5g signal there. I was furious and I had to cancel the contract. When I spoke to the teller and there service provider they said its within 5 days and I wouldn't be charged for cancelation. Low and behold on my next month's bill they have charged me a ridiculous amount which is almost 4 months subscription of the cancelation. Ive phoned emailed escalated but no avail they just spin bull**** and give no feedback. Ive been with mtn for 20+ years but no more i will never do business with these bull****ters. Just like how we buy cars have been punished MTN your day is coming you take advantage of people because you are a big corporation but one day is one day.
