Mtn 4days after receiving phone still n9 service

Got my new phone and contract 4 days ago without any instructions...... Sim is still not activated. Wanted to port my number and they said i should visit a store. Went to a store today and they just said sorry they cant help.

I am really appalled by the service i am receiving
