a Lady from (she said she is from MTN) after i asked het twice sold me a new upgrade which i did not ask for. She cancelled my recent contract, which MTN is now charging me a contract fee for cancelling earlier. She said instead of paying 156 i will pay 99 monthly fee because i have been a customer for so long. Never told me she works for another company doing MTN upgrades. I phoned MTN they refer to different numbers i must phone. No luck. I need MTN to cancel this new upgrade and leave my old contract as it is. I need a confirmation to say that it was cancelled.
