MTN!!!

I’m so fed up with the agent that assisted me yesterday. My contact came to an end yesterday, I was on a promotional package on my data sim. I asked the agent if I could go on to a month to month plan, I was told no. I was told I could move to a zero rated plan and move to contract whenever I want to.Keep in mind I had more than 20Gs of data. Your consultant moves me to prepaid without even informing me, my data is forfeited and my sim had to be rica’d! This is done without any sort of communication, listen to the call!!!! The agent who assisted me clearly does not know what the hell is happening! I want my data that was taken!!!

As for your call centre in KZN!!! Pathetic!!!!! They laughing while on a call with clients! Where are the days when staff would be reprimanded for that!!!
