I had a contact with mtn they debited R324 each month on the 1st of March I called to cancel my contact and asked when is my last payment due the agent said the last day of May I said cool.....now I am getting text messages that said I need to pay R342 I called they said the was an open order so they can't cancel the contract I asked who agreed to that order the agent said the system!! And I asked how does your systems agrees to an order while I am the customer.....mtn doesn't know how to treat customers honestly now they want me to pay while my contract ended how and you will call agents they will always say supervisors are in a meeting everytime you request to speak to them I regret taking their contract phone!!
