Case-1: MTN Charging out of contract rates without my concern, been paying agreed contractual rates while they knew they're charging more and without sending a statement or calling to notify of contract due for upgrade or termination. currently handed over for the difference. Case-2: MTN same issue the only difference this time i had more than enough credit for them to take out of contract rates of R1600 from a contract of R299
