To whom it may concern. I need your assistance on behalf of my son please.He had a contract with Mtn when he was working,then he was unemployed for a few months and couldn't pay his contract.He got a job now. During the time Mtn handed him over to this lawyer company Shaprio Shaik Defries Associates Pty Ltd.This lawyer company contacted him and told him that Mtn handed him over and he needs to pay R3300.00 we made arrangements and paid them off until the full amount.We requested a paid up letter but we are still waiting. We went back to Mtn only to find out he owe them Mtn another R1330.I personally paid Mtn that amount.Last month when he went to Capitec for a loan they told him that he owes Mtn a R1330.00. We went back to Mtn and they showed us that that amount is lying on there system in red,but also shows the payments.The guy told him according to system he is done with Mtn but he also don't understand why that R1330.00 is still in red on the system and there are nothing the can cause he was handed over to another company Mdd/mmd,but this company never contacted him cause he is currently using my phone. So we went to another bank on Saturday African bank only to find out that Mtn never updated his stuff and by African bank it shows another R3300.00. So we really need assistance in this matter cause Mtn is messing with his credit record and score because he can't open any account cause they are holding him back.
