I took out a contract with MTN in December 2013. My first debit order went off in Jan 2014. The contract expired in Dec 2015 and my last debit was Jan 2016. I called customer service to cancel the contract in Dec 2014 to which it was never cancelled. Then in January i called again to cancel, was given a reference and was assured it will be cancelled. Then in February i called again and still nothing with another reference and being assured that it will be cancelled this time. March i called again because nothing was still done on this contract. April has come with a 5th reference and still to date the contract has still not been cancelled. Now i have been told that they can not cancel because i owe R507.00 which I'm not sure what it is for because my very first time i cancelled the contract i blocked the sim card as well. I can i please get some assistance with i contract the i don't want and don't need. Eveytime i call customer service they give me a new reference and tells me it will be escalted onto the cancellations dept.

My last 3 References:

***

***

***

I have no interest in having dealings with MTN again.

Please help me.

Karen

***
