I have a complaint I just called MTN now regarding my pre paid SIM Card with was blocked then recycled without my consent. I called the call Centre now and the lady told me that if the SIM Card has been recycled they cant do anything about that it. Am disappointed and need someone from MTN to attend to this as I receive important information on that line .

Kindly be advised that the line has been re connected kindly rica the number , and should you not keep the number active on the network by loading airtime and make chargeable calls with 90 days the line will disconnect again, so kindly use the line and make chargeable calls else you will loose it again.
