MTN!!!!

I bought a brand new blackberry 9360phone from another retail shop cash last year within a month the phone had problems with the buttons, I was advised to take it to MTN for repairs which I did subsequent to that MTN in Ermelo advised me that they will be sending the phone to a repair/service center in Johannesburg due to MTN's strike my phone was gone for almost 8 months!!!!! I kept going to MTN enquiring about the progress no one got back to me eventually I got my phone mind you no one informed me although they had my contact number! I had to keep going to Ermelo MTN to check if my phone is back upon receiving my phone I discovered that my memory card had been removed and my battery was swapped with a battery that does not last even 20 minutes when initially my problem was only with buttons! I'm appalled with MTN's poor service I'm now stuck with a phone where people can't reach me because of the poor battery that MTN swopped my new battery with!
