MTN 47941 sms & airtime is gone
i'm having the same issue with MTN, 47941 competition my pre-paid airtime get billed so quickly un-noticed recently i recharged with two R15 apart the past two days but all that is gone already although i didn't make any longer calls. what surprises me is that when i dont have air time on my phone i don't get these fitness or competition tips but the moment i recharge i get a lot of them. please can this be rectified.<br> concerned customer

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
MTN 47941 competition is deductiong R1.50 daily to cancel sms stop to 47941 , we also noted that you have a subscription with a company called smart call, which is not part of MTN services. The registration of these services is completely voluntary and is activated on the handset. Therefore, the billing solely gets traced back to the MTN number.
A cancellation request has been submitted on your behalf to the relevant Content Provider ,please dial *141*5# to view, activate or cancel any WASP subscription.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
