MTN

I am extremely disappointed with MTN’s service. The employees come across as unenthusiastic and unwilling to help, making it very frustrating to get any assistance. It also seems that there is a major lack of communication between departments — one department tells you one thing, while another gives completely different information.

To make matters worse, MTN does not have stock of a brand-new phone that is already available on the market, and no one can tell me when or if they will be getting more stock. For such a large company, this level of service and disorganization is unacceptable. I am completely unsatisfied with my experience.

If you want a new contract do not go to Mtn. Rather use another network.

I have this problem ever single time I want to upgrade!
