I have to give it to the accounts department, they have NO IDEA how to do there job. First they cut my line without prior notice or even trying to contact me, I go through the shlep of reinstating my debit order (the 21st of all days) they make the deduction, the 7th the deduct again, messing up myself entire budget, without consent. On the 18th I received an SMS stating that my account has been changed to cash instead of debit order, again not consulting me. The 21st they deduct again from my account but double the amount. *** MTN! THANKS FOR F'ING ME OVER AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN BUY ME LUNCH. GET YOUR BUSINESS IN ORDER FFS

Please let me know what is going on as I'm pretty sure you have no idea.
