App**** for a contract ,approved and cellphone on its way thr courier company dsv come to deliver surprising their scanner says my fingertips don't match.dsv take parcel back and that's were it ends.myn customer care read my email reply sorry my id no don't match their system. My contract have all my information but now it's my fault I don't receive a phone nobone call to follow up so thanks mtn u guys just don't care
