2021 I payed up my contract mobile phone which MTN was deducting money from my account and I phone them to close the account… 2025 April when I check my credit profile I noticed that MTN put me in arrears of R261 with no communication of which I payed the amount they said I’m in arrears with and I phoned collection department they told me on their side I’m clear and they will send my things to the bureaus to clear my name up to date my name is reflecting bad just because of MTN. MTN need to fix this
