received an email from MTN stating that her number changed and her email address. We informed the ***** line immediately and did an affidavit at the police station. On this same day, a contract was taken out on her name. On the 12th of September we received a bill for an amount of R2412.76 and account got suspended. We then went to MTN and reported it straight away again. Assuming that this will be sorted. But no on the 12th October we received het another bill of R1924.83. On MTN side the Priority of this ***** case was low.
