MTN

I have experienced the most dreadful service from MTN throughout my contact. It has become even more hideous since December 2022 when my contract ended. I have since tried numerous times, after spending hours of my time on the phone, to what seem to be rude, *********** and inconsiderate staff, to cancel my contract. To date, MTN is still debiting my bank account for a contract I cancelled in December. I have requested call recordings by dates, names and time, but my requests have been ignored. I have sent numerous emails but nor response and my issue has not been resolved. MTN are the worst network provider and I would not recommend anyone to dare take up a contract with them. They swindle thousands of people out of thousands of Rands. Going on to month 6, I have yet received any response or refund!!!!!
