MTN *****

Someone took 2 phones *****ulently at MTN using my details. I learned about this when I received my report from Experian so I reported this to ***** department at MTN and spoke to Mpho Mangadi who then advised me to send Affidavit copy of my ID and a paper where I had to sign my signature 7 times so that they can investigate which I did and got an email that I will receive feedback in 21 days. This was in February 2024 to date I have not had anything so this is affecting my credit score and I can't buy a house because of this. When I asked for a feedback he wanted to treat this as a new query by asking me to send these documents again. I'm not sure if this is an inside job. I'm really disgruntled and disappointed on MTN. I want them to remove that account from Experian as I have never ever had a contract with MTN and never will. Please help as I am desperate
