MTN 40GB and 80GB data deals hoax

MTN data has been mysteriously disappearing, and inconsistent explanations from customer service. I had previously logged a query on the 22nd September 2019 about 40GB data being finished within a week til date there has been no response or feedback from MTN ref: ***. In frustration of being without Data, went to upgrade to the 80GB deal on the 05th October 2019. In less than 24 hours any of the pro rata data loaded was gone/ finished. I am beyond disappointed with MTN, customer service agents + data support giving inconsistent explanations.

I feel they are also not sure how these deals are structured. I could have not utilised the expected 40 GB pro Rata data in less than 24 hours or even used 10GB or the 2.7 GB as per customer service, MTN data support did indicated that my usage was 1.5 GB for the last 24 hours. Not sure where is the rest of my data. Kindly thoroughly investigate this request as I need all the data that is due to me!!
