Mtn has a bad customer service I app**** for a router with them but I returned it back within 2 days because it was a home router they charged me while the router was on their side and they handed my account to mbd lawyers. While it is their faulty

22 Sept 2023, 11:31I have been calling for help for 1 year and months still my case has not been solved, if I go to their office they said I should call Mbd myself. I called Mbd and they said I should go to Mtn. This still is starting to **** me off right now. How can you fail to help a customer for 1 year and 9 Months. This is so insane.
